Terms and conditions:
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of
50% of the rental fee is to be submitted
with the application by August 10, 2012,
with the balance to be paid in full prior to
setup.
A certificate of insurance
from your agent providing $1,000,000 (One
Million Dollars) of Commercial Liability
Coverage naming the Haddam Neck Fair
Association as an additionally insured is
required. In lieu of this
certificate a policy rider fee of $80 is due
before setup.
Sale of nuisance, littering
or lewd items in the opinion of the
directors such as, but not limited to,
“String in a
Can”, Balloons, Cap Guns, Caps or other
items that make loud noises or Ninja Stars
or other martial arts items
may not be sold The forced distribution off
flyers or handouts is not permitted nor may
they be placed on
vehicles in any of the parking areas.
Set-Up time
is between Thursday August
30th, 2012 – 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday
August 31st, 2012
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM only. Earlier or later
setups are not allowed. Fair hours are
Friday 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Saturday & Sunday 9:00am to 8:00pm. Monday
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You are required to be
open during these hours and agree not to
remove any part of your display prior to
4:30 PM on Monday September 3rd.
