In consideration of this entry, I hereby waive and release any rights and claims for damages I may have against the Haddam Neck Fair Association, the race committee, or any race sponsors for any injury that I may incur. I understand heat can be a factor in any summer race and accept responsibility for properly preparing myself. Furthermore, I understand traffic control will be limited, though the streets are lightly traveled I accept this as a condition of the race and will protect myself accordingly.
