In addition to other judging criteria, some pickle and preserve categories may be subject to a “taste-off” at the judges’
discretion. Judges reserve the right to open jars to check consistency, quality and taste. Jars in large collections, however,
will not be opened. Entries will be accepted on Friday from 5:30 to 8:30pm and Saturday from 8:30 to 10:30am
Prizes - 1st $3.00, 2nd $2.00, 3rd $1.00 - except as noted.
A “Best of Show” rosette may be awarded by the judges for an especially worthy entry.
